Garment Care

Proper garment care keeps your teamwear looking sharp and performing its best. YT Sportswear uses durable fabrics and professional techniques (sublimation, embroidery, cut-and-sew). Follow the guidance below to extend the life of your Rugby Jerseys, Soccer Jerseys, Tracksuit, and Hoodies & Sweatshirts.

Washing Instructions

  • Turn garments inside out to protect prints and embroidery.
  • Use cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C) on a gentle cycle.
  • Use mild, color-safe detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softener.
  • Wash with similar colors; avoid overloading the machine.
  • If possible, place items with zippers or Velcro in a laundry bag.

Drying Instructions

  • Air dry flat or hang in the shade to prevent fading.
  • Avoid tumble drying; high heat may cause shrinkage or impact sublimation prints.
  • Do not wring. Remove promptly from the washer to reduce creasing and odor.

Ironing & Storage

  • Only iron when necessary, at low temperature.
  • Never iron directly over printed or embroidered areas—use a pressing cloth and iron on the reverse.
  • Store clean and fully dry in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid long-term plastic bag storage to prevent moisture build-up.

Which detergents should I avoid?
Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh stain removers. Use mild, color-safe detergents only.
