From custom rugby teamwear to custom soccer kits, or even cotton rugby shirts, we start by understanding your vision. Share your team name, logos, color ideas, and our team will send you a free visual mockup to begin the process.

STEP 2
ORDER CONFIRMATION

After your design is finalized, your Account Manager will prepare a detailed quote with:
- Product styles
- Minimum order quantities
- Price per unit for your selected custom polo shirts for teams, custom team tracksuits, or other items
Need adjustments? No worries — we offer unlimited free revisions before production begins.
STEP 3
PRODUCTION & SIZING

We ensure every athlete receives the right fit. Options include:
- Sample garments
- UK-based sizing from XS–5XL (Men) and 4–22 (Ladies)
- Custom sizing charts
Perfect for teams ordering custom ice hockey jerseys, baseball team jerseys, or custom hoodies and sweatshirts — we’ll guide you step by step.
STEP 4
DELIVERY

Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, we’ll compile the signed artwork, sizing sheet, and invoice—please check carefully as this is your last chance for edits.
Your custom teamwear enters production under strict quality control. Once approved, it’s dispatched via our trusted logistics partners. Delivery is completed within the quoted timeframe, with express or next‑day options available depending on location.
